Manager
"Mo" has been
with AAA Lawn Care since 1995. He graduated from Western Michigan University where he met his wife.
He enjoys spending time with his four children and playing any outdoor sports. He finds it enjoyable to work
outside and meet so many great people who take interest in having a nice looking lawn.

| James Compau - Marketing
Manager
James has been at AAA
Lawn Care for the past 5 years. Currently, James’s main focus is Commercial Services. He is a
graduate of Alma College where he met his beautiful wife. They have two daughters. AAA is a company that he is proud
to be a part of because they do the best that they can for their customers. |
| David Cowley - Technician
David is in his 2nd season with AAA. Prior to coming to AAA, he was employed
in the residential construction industry. David likes to go to concerts with his friends, ride his ATV, and travel down
south. He also likes spending time with his family. David likes working with his customers and co-workers.

| Jay VanderMyde – Senior Technician
This is
Jay’s third full season with AAA. He enjoys working outside. He is the proud father of three beautiful
children. His wife of ten years is a realtor and they enjoy spending time together as a family. Jay has a
degree from Aquinas College and has lived in Grand Rapids area his entire life. He enjoys lawn care because with a little
hard work you can see the fruits of your labor. |
| Blake Waldecker - Technician
This is Blake's 3rd year with
AAA Lawn Care. His first two years were spent on the core aeration crew and this year is his first year as
a lawn care technician. He just finished up his last year at Coopersville High School where he was a running back
on the District championship football team. He will be attending Grand Rapids Community College in the Fall.
His is an avid Michigan State fan and plans on attending MSU after finishing up at GRCC.

| Dan Lehmann - Senior Technician
Dan has worked at AAA since 1997. Prior to working at AAA, Dan was a combat medic in the Army Reserves.
He has a horticulture degree from Michigan State. He has been married for 12 years and has 2 wonderful children.
Dan is very active as a leader in his church youth group. He enjoys bass fishing and Michigan State sports. |
| Rich Peters -
Technician
Rich is in his second season at AAA. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering Technologies
from ITT Tech. Rich enjoys hunting, fishing, and remodeling homes. Customer service is Rich's favorite part
of the job. He really enjoys talking to his customers and getting to know them. |
| Sean Kellum -
Senior Technician
Sean has been with AAA since 1999. He primarily
services the Rockford area. Sean loves spending time with his two sons. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys
model railroading. He collects oak furniture and antique wood carving tools. His favorite part of the job is getting
to know his customers and really making a difference in the appearance of their lawns. |
| Kevin Price - Technician
Kevin is in his second season
at AAA. He came to AAA after working in the manufacturing industry. Kevin enjoys shooting
trap at his local gun club and tinkering with small engines. He says the best part of working at
AAA is being able to work outside and talk to his customers.

| Josh Dunneback - Bug
Guard Technician
Josh is
in his third year at AAA. He is the primary technician for Bug Guard. Josh is married and enjoys spending
time with his family. His favorite part of working with bugs is learning something new everyday and being able to troubleshoot
bug problems.

| Joe Stehouwer - Bug Guard
Technician
Joe has been with AAA for the past 4 years
in various areas. Currently, Joe works as a Bug Guard technician. He covers from Grand Rapids to the
Lakeshore. He is a student at Grand Rapids Community College. Bug Guard is a great fit for Joe because he enjoys
being outdoors and helping people deal with insect problems. |
| Josh Harroun - Technician
Josh has just completed his first season at AAA. He was in the distribution & retail industry
prior to working here. Josh is married and enjoys bass fishing. He is an avid University of
Michigan football fan. He says the best part of his job is working outside and interacting with his customers. |
| Kimberly Dodson -
Customer Service
Kimberly has been with AAA since 2003. Her primary responsibilities include operations
support. She has two wonderful teenagers. She loves blues music and her favorite artist is Robert Cray.
Kimberly is also an avid long distance runner.

| Joan Hayes - Customer Service
Joan has worked at AAA Lawn Care
since 1993. Her primary responsibility is accounts receivable. She describes herself as a philosopher. She
appreciates people for their individuality and believes everyone has something positive to contribute to life. Currently,
she is teaching herself to play guitar (again). Anyone up for some “two string rock” ?!

| Deb Holland - Customer
Service
Deb has worked at AAA
Lawn Care for the past 15 years. Her main responsibility is Office Manager. Her hobbies include playing
Rock and Blues guitar, writing children’s books, and gardening. Deb and her husband have 4 children and 8
grandchildren. She loves warm breezy days when she can sit out on the back porch and watch her grandkids play. |
 | Pam Bailey - Customer Service
Pam has been with AAA for the past year. Her
primary responsibility is Human Resources. She has been married for 25 years and has three children. She
enjoys swimming, music, family get togethers, sewing, crafts, and old movies. Her family is very important to her and
she looks forward to what the future will bring. |
